Rent is due by the 1st of each month. It is late after 5pm on the 6th day of each month. Cable will be disconnected on the 11th of each month if rent and all late fees are not received by 5pm on the 10th day of each month. Files will be forwarded to our attorney if rent and late fees are not received by 5pm the 15th day of each month.
Don't forget if you have maintenance, pest control, or any request that requires our staff to enter your apartment, we must have it in writing from you. We must also have any complaints you wish us to address in writing.
Feel free to requests blank forms and we will put them in an envelope on your door. You may bring your request by the office, fax it or use our drop box located to the right of the front doors.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter. The new Alabama Law does not allow entry into a residence without their written consent, with the exception of extreme emergencies.
If you ever have an after-hours maintenance emergency, please call the rental office number 663-1101. Calls are forwarded to a manager in the evenings to assist you with emergencies. Even when you are present, written permission is still required even for emergencies.
